headlines an evening of terrific stand-up comedy along with two excellent Boston comedians, Matt McArthur and Dan Donahue along with Mona Forgione.

On Saturday, March 15, the outstanding comedy improv troupe Accidentally On Purpose (AOP) presents an evening of hilarious improvisational comedy in the style of the long-running hit TV show Whose Line is it, Anyway? The madcap evening of entertainment is audience driven, as patrons provide scene suggestions and participate in some scenes as volunteers.

Both shows are open to the public. Doors open @ 6:30pm and showtime is 7 p.m. The theatre is a small intimate setting perfect for Comedy, but shows often sell out so get tickets early. The material for both shows is suitable for 18-plus.

Tickets to both shows are $25 in advance at MLTLive.org.

Also, at the door if available.

Amy Tee is one of the busiest comedians on the New England comedy circuit today. Whether performing in world famous comedy clubs, theaters, colleges, or at charity events, her edgy but subtle approach turns her personal tribulations into non-stop hilarity with mainstream and alternative audiences from Los Angeles to New York City alike. As an official presenter for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Amy Tee proudly uses her comedy act to serve as a mental wellness advocate. Mentioned in Curve magazine as one of the "funniest lesbians in America," and identified as a rising star by the Boston Globe, she is a regular performer at the Boston Comedy Festival and also featured on Sirius XM Satellite Radio & LOGO television network.

Matt McArthur discovered his love of stand-up comedy as a college student, and since has been performing at clubs and colleges all over New England. In addition to being a comedian, Matt also became a professional bagpiper at a young age, and since has been performing at churches and cemeteries all over New England. Unofficially, he is considered the top bagpiper-comedian in Boston. He’s also the only one.

Man-mountain Dan Donahue works in theaters around New England as the opener for Juston McKinney, and he’s also shared the stage with Boston headliners such as Jimmy Dunn, Mike McDonald, Christine Hurley, Mike Donovan, Paul Nardizzi and Dave Rattigan. He performs in the prestigious Hampton Beach Comedy Festival, and performed in the horror-comedy short film Mars Hill Bait & Tackle.

A Night to Remember in Marblehead ,MA
Marblehead Little Theatre & Silly Theatre Productions presents another
sidesplitting Improv Comedy show @ MLT . "We love performing at MLT and with great success as we’ve had so many sold-out performances. This is the place where the troupe got our start 15 years ago," says Producer, co-founder & Improver Bruce Whear.

What’s the Hype About?
Accidentally on Purpose (AOP) isn’t just another improv troupe. For the last 15 years they’ve taken New England by storm. Their founders have graced Boston stages with hits like the Awesome 80’s Prom & Claddagh Bing Irish/Italian Wedding Show. Picture a comedy style that’s a mashup of “Whose Line Is It Anyway, sprinkled with a bit of Saturday Night Live and The Carol Burnett Show vibes.

But Wait, There’s More!
The show isn’t just a spectator sport; it’s an interactive experience! Audience members are invited to throw in scene suggestions and even volunteer to be a part of the comedy chaos. The AOP team is composed of a diverse cast featuring professionals from all walks of life. Such as: teachers, authors, professors, tradesmen, salespeople, and corporate executives. Imagine the richness and hilarity that these different perspectives bring to the comedy?
